Russell began his commercial real estate career in 1998 in Los Angeles. For the past eighteen years, he has worked with companies in the financial services entertainment, advertising, and Biotech industries, as well as Fortune 500 companies.

As the national representative for S&ME, Russell was responsible for their Charlotte office 30,000 SF sale lease back. Renewing the headquarters in Raleigh, Integrating real estate nationally from mergers, and over 150,000 SF of national portfolio work.
Russell represented over 400,000 square foot of new acquisitions, relocations, and renewals for KB home on a national basis. Transactions included their Corporate Headquarters, 80,000 sq. ft. in Las Vegas, 30,000 sq. ft. in Charleston, Indianapolis, Reno, Sarasota, and Phoenix. The team coordinated all aspects of leasing from acquisition, analysis, project management, and lease administration on behalf of KB Home throughout their portfolio.
Representing RGG as Director of Leasing on 300,000 sq. ft. Modify-to-Suit in Las Vegas, developing property for Fortune 100 company headquarters.
Sheila Cox is the President and founder of Global Match, which is a 4PL and a Supply Chain Consulting Firm, that offers global commerce services to help importers and exporters in international trade. Ms. cox specializes in helping clients structure their sales contacts correctly, providing advise on financing, proper documentation, and most importantly managing the logistics of their supply chain door to door.
Ms. Cox has over 25 years of diverse, hands on experience in international logistics. Prior to becoming the President of Global Match she worked as Southeast Regional Manager with the Port of Charleston in South Carolina. She specialized in automobiles and parts and worked closely with large automobile manufacturers such as BMW, Daimler Trucks, Ford , GM, and Chrysler. She has also worked as Liner Sales Manager, with the North Carolina States Ports Authority, where she worked directly with the Steamship Lines soliciting new services for the Port. Ms. Cox spent many years working with Mediterranean Shipping Company, as Regional Sales Manager, where she managed a sales team in the South Atlantic as well as negotiated contracts with Fortune 500 companies. She began her career as an Account Executive, with Schenker International Forwarders in Atlanta, where she specialized in moving cargo between the U.S. and Germany.
